Standard Kit 1 is a full Drumkit (72 Samples).
For the other Drumkits: Replace the samples of "Standard Kit 1" with the same number and you have another Full Kit.
The other samples is exacly the same as Standard Kit 1.
In SFX Kit 1, SFX Kit 2 and Sound Effect Kit there are NO samples from "Standard Kit 1".

The key-notation is for Pianokeyboard. Midi Not is one oktave lower (Pianokeyboard C2 = Midi Note C1)
